We currently have custom home-site lots available ranging
in size from about a quarter of an acre to almost three quarters
of an acre. The lots are priced from the mid-$100s, depending
on location, view and size. Quantity is very limited, so
if you want to be one of the first to own a custom lot at

Ranch offers you, our custom homebuyer,
a variety of options that increase your home’s performance.
These high performance standards often cost
no more than a traditional home (or, the extra cost can be
recovered quickly in operating and tax cost savings)
and they provide lower operating costs and a better quality
of life. You’ll benefit from more natural lighting,
more outside air, and low (or no) harmful chemicals in your
home’s building materials.
We have carefully screened our approved builders and all
have attended the Laughlin Ranch design academy.
So you’ll have ready approved builders from which to
choose. Or you can bring in your own builder to build.
Finished, graded lots will require completed home construction
within 24 months of purchase. For un-graded lots,construction
must be completed within 36 months of purchase. 30-day closes
are available.
