10,000 plus acres of land was
assembled in the Spring/Summer of 2003, consisting
of a size that spans over 20 square miles of
the Bullhead City, AZ and Laughlin, NV area.
Divided by the Colorado River - Laughlin Ranch
is the largest Master Planned Community to be
undertaken in Mohave County, Arizona. A proposed
25 year build out, Laughlin Ranch has plans to
bring the most desirable amenities to the fingertips
of its residents. Easy access to the Colorado
River-Lake Mohave, Hiking Trails, Golf, Shopping,
Dining, Relaxation, Recreation and Nevada Gaming.
- In December of 2003 - the official
groundbreaking ceremony was held and construction
began in January 2004. RE Monks was the land excavator
we brought in to move more than 10 million cubic
yards of dirt to what is the 1st Phase of Laughlin
Ranch (7300 yard golf course, 638 residential lots

- Over 60 miles of natural walking,
hiking, bicycling and horseback riding trails.
- Work on Phase 1’s infrastructure
(water, sewer, gas, fiber-optic cabling and dry
utilities) commenced mid-April, 2004. Paving of
our streets started in November 2004 and will continue
through to early 2006.
- New Home construction is well
under way with more than 200 homes under construction
or completed with the first residents of Laughlin
Ranch.
- Western Express Air is now offering
round trip air service to the Laughlin/Bullhead
area from Mesa, AZ, Deer Valley, AZ and Riverside,

Ranch Golf Club is OPEN. The Clubhouse is equipped with a Pro Shop,
Bar and Grill, Restaurant, Banquet and Meeting
rooms, Workout facilities, Swimming pool, Full
size locker rooms, Day Spa, GPS carts, Driving
Range with practice fairway bunkers, practice
sand traps and challenging chipping and putting
greens. It is an "Open to the Public",
