As president of Laughlin Ranch, LLC, David Lords is responsible for overseeing all development and sales of the nearly 12,000-acre community. Lords has a distinguished track record in real estate boasting more than 25 years of experience in residential, commercial, multi-family and industrial properties, as well as a variety of large-scale land transactions.

Who is David Lords? Many ask, most now know that in addition to his role at Laughlin Ranch, Lords is also a top commercial Realtor with Scottsdale-based Arizona Land Advisors where he specializes in the Southeast Valley and Pinal County. Lords has been instrumental in the development boom in Maricopa, Queen Creek and Florence, along with many others.

Prior to joining Arizona Land Advisors, he was a Realtor in the Commercial Land division of Coldwell Banker. In 1999, he was recognized as the top Coldwell Banker Commercial Sales Associate for achieving the most closed gross-commission income for the year. A member of the Coldwell Banker Success Realty Hall of Fame, Lords is regarded as one of the company's top five "International President’s Elite" sales executives.

Lords is also President and Owner of Western Express Air. In addition, he has served as President of the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors, is a member of the Sun Angel Foundation and is actively involved with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Phoenix and the Colorado River.
