Sandy has been on the ground floor of this masterfully planned resort destination, beginning in 2004, having had an affiliation with the first of the homebuilders to break ground in Laughlin Ranch.  In 2006, she became the managing partner of the newly formed Real Estate firm, SB Port Investments, LLC, licensed in both Arizona and Nevada, and is pleased to represent The Vistas, Laughlin Ranch’s custom home-sites, as well as other communities outside the boundaries of Laughlin Ranch.  In 2005, Sandy purchased a residence in Laughlin Ranch & is considered a viable part of the Laughlin Ranch "Family". Sandy is President of the Bullhead City / Mohave Valley Association of Realtors, is a member of Soroptimists International and also serves on the Board of the Bullhead City Airport Authority.

I grew up in Indiana and graduated from Marion High School in 1954.  Joined United States Marine Corps from January 1955 thru January 1958.  Graduated from Technical College in Kokomo, Indiana with degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1961.  Joined Hughes Aircraft in Fullerton, California in 1962.  Participated on Team to Market Early Warning Systems to Foreign Governments and relocated to Pakistan, Egypt, and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to train the Military to operate the Early Warning Systems purchased from Hughes Aircraft Company.  Retired in 2003 and received Real Estate License in 2004 and worked at Sun Desert Realty, West USA Realty, and Laughlin Ranch as a Realtor.
